Content Guide purchase terms
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These terms apply only to Content Guide, supplied by Peter Leicht, trading as Jeschua.TV, Spitzwegstr. 12, 84453 Mühldorf am Inn, Germany. Contact: info@jeschua.tv.
1. What you receive
Content Guide is a browser-based editorial coach for existing and new church articles. Six perspectives review text you provide; an optional theological-clarity perspective identifies uncertainties, not doctrinal truth. Findings include quoted passages, explanations and possible wording. CMS guidance does not provide access to your website or publish content.
Article processing and writing dialogue use a local model on your computer. We do not offer website crawling, online AI or a cloud fallback. The website, purchases, access checks and downloads require internet access. No permanent offline software ownership is sold.
2. Requirements and free trial
A current desktop browser and a working local Ollama installation with a compatible model are required. Installation requires your permission, storage and internet downloads. Performance depends on RAM, processor, graphics hardware and model. Try your own article and connection before purchasing. Browser hardware hints are estimates, not a benchmark or suitability guarantee. Installation helpers are unsigned and may require operating-system approval.
The free visit allows one article and its revisions in page memory. It does not automatically become a paid offer. Browser-only trial limits are not a tamper-proof protection. Text is not persistently saved; copy work you wish to keep before closing or clearing the page.
3. Price, payment and access
US$144 for twelve calendar months, plus applicable tax. Stripe shows the tax and final payable total before you place the binding order. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees. This is one payment, not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal or subsequent charge without a new order.
The contract is formed on successful payment confirmation. Access begins after payment verification and ends on the date shown in your private access link. Keep that link confidential. Another year requires a new purchase. Your own installed Ollama and models remain on your computer when Content Guide access ends.
Stripe handles card entry and, for covered managed payments, tax and transaction support under its checkout terms. A statement may show LINK.COM*. Product support is provided at info@jeschua.tv. Keep your payment receipt and save or print these terms.
4. Withdrawal and refunds
You may withdraw from this purchase within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. We provide this right for this offer without limiting any more favourable mandatory rights. Send an unambiguous statement to Peter Leicht at the address above or info@jeschua.tv. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.
We will arrange reimbursement of payments received for the withdrawn purchase within 14 days of receiving notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no refund fee. Paid access ends on withdrawal. Your request for immediate access does not waive this withdrawal right; we do not deduct a usage charge during this 14-day period.
Optional withdrawal form: To Peter Leicht, Spitzwegstr. 12, 84453 Mühldorf am Inn, Germany, info@jeschua.tv. I hereby withdraw from my contract for Content Guide. Ordered on: __. Name: __. Address: __. Payment/access reference: __. Date: __. Signature (only for paper notice): __. This form is not mandatory.
5. Your content and decisions
You retain rights in your original content and must have permission to process and publish it. Do not provide unnecessary personal details, credentials or confidential information. Local processing still involves privacy responsibilities. Model outputs may be wrong, incomplete or misleading. Check facts, Scripture references, meaning, personal data and publication rights yourself. No legal, theological, safety, audience-growth or Google-ranking guarantee is given.
Only you decide whether to accept wording, install a model or publish an article. Instructions from model output do not authorize an action. Third-party model and software licences continue to apply.
6. Defects, updates and liability
Mandatory digital-product and consumer rights remain unaffected, including conformity, necessary updates, correction, price reduction, termination and damages where applicable. Report defects to info@jeschua.tv with technical details, not confidential article content. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional or grossly negligent conduct and injury to life, body or health.
We may make necessary security and maintenance changes without removing your mandatory rights or silently changing a paid term. German law applies only insofar as a lawful choice is permitted; mandatory protections in your place of residence remain applicable. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed.
