Content Guide privacy notice

You provide article text yourself. Articles, local AI results, CMS choices and writing dialogue stay in page memory and are processed through your local Ollama endpoint. They are not sent to us, hosting or online AI; there is no cloud fallback. No persistent browser storage is used for this article workspace. Closing or clearing it discards that workspace.

Only selected hints, quoted passages and text you explicitly copy or download are exported. Files and clipboard contents are under your control. Local software may have its own logs or settings. Memory processing is still data processing; sensitive-content warnings are not guaranteed anonymization. Avoid unnecessary personal information.

Only after you click the computer check, available browser hints on memory, processor threads and mobile status are read locally. They are not uploaded or persistently stored. There is no graphics fingerprint or hardware benchmark. Installation helpers inspect hardware locally and download Ollama and chosen models from their providers only with your approval. Those providers receive the technical data necessary for downloads under their own policies.

Lovable Cloud and infrastructure including Cloudflare process technical website requests such as IP address, time, requested address and security information to deliver and protect the site. We do not add advertising pixels or send article content in telemetry. Infrastructure logs are governed by provider settings; no unverified deletion deadline is promised.

Stripe processes your payment and billing details in its checkout; we do not receive full card details. Payment references, email, amount, environment, access token and access period are stored separately from article content. Stripe may act as merchant of record for covered managed payments and handles its own legal and fraud-prevention processing. See stripe.com/privacy. Email enquiries are processed to answer you; do not email sensitive articles for support.

Where GDPR applies, contract administration uses Article 6(1)(b), security and organizational enquiries Article 6(1)(f), and statutory records Article 6(1)(c). An organizational contact's information may be processed on legitimate-interest grounds rather than an individual contract.

We keep enquiries and access records only as needed for service, complaints and legal duties. Accounting records follow statutory retention periods; opt-out records prevent unwanted contact. Earlier online article payloads are no longer used and are subject to the existing temporary-content cleanup. Local article content is not part of our stored purchase records.

Hosting, payment and email providers may process technical and purchase data in the EEA and third countries including the US. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards are required. Contact us for recipient and transfer details. This notice does not promise a particular server region or that provider backups and logs have been independently audited.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to legitimate-interest processing at info@jeschua.tv. Necessary verification may be required. You may complain to the competent authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). US state rights depend on applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use cross-context advertising.

The service is intended for adults. No member lists or children's personal details are requested. Updates to this notice will be published here.
